Please note that Garrard would "fine tune" some of their turntables during production by means of slightly different size pulleys. This was done to ensure a reasonable range of movement for the speed control. If you are experiencing problems with the range of adjustment of the speed control then it may be that at some stage the pulley may have been replaced. Please also note that some of our clients have informed us that they have sourced replacement pulleys from other sources on the internet and have experienced audible rumble problems. This is due to poor quality machining and finishing. So replacement pulleys are not always what they may appear to be.
